Yes. You can modify or cancel your reservation by calling us at (516) 589-9090. We ask for at least 24 Hours notice for cancellations.You must provide confirmation number for each reservation. Please review our cancellation policy for special events and pre-paid bookings.

Which airports do you serve?

We serve all major New York area airports including JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP),Westhampton Gabreski Airport (FOK),New Jersey Teterboro Airport(TEB),Farmingdale Republic Airport (FRG) and Westchester County Airport (HPN).

Do you track my flight for delays?

Yes. We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. You won't be left waiting or charged for airline delays.

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. For JFK and Newark, we typically meet at the baggage claim level. You'll receive your driver's contact information before your trip.

Is there a waiting fee if my flight is early?

No. We provide a complimentary waiting period after your flight lands — 45 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic. We track your flight so your driver is always ready when you land.

How is pricing determined?

We offer flat-rate pricing based on your pickup and drop-off locations. There are no surge fees, no hidden charges, and no surprises. Your quoted price is your final price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are also accepted. Payment can be made at the time of booking or upon completion of your ride.

Gratuity is not included in our quoted rates. While tipping is never required, it is always appreciated by our drivers. A standard tip of 15–20% is customary for excellent service.

No. Standard luggage is always included at no extra charge. If you have oversized items or an unusually large amount of luggage, please let us know when booking so we can assign the right vehicle.

Our fleet includes Executive Sedans (up to 3 passengers), Luxury SUVs (up to 6 passengers), and Executive Vans (up to 12 passengers). All vehicles are late-model, professionally maintained, and cleaned before every ride.
